Sponsorship rules

The Organizational committee of the Second Practical Conference Marine Law and Insurance 2006(hereafter the conference) invites financial and credit companies, shipping and shipbuilding enterprises, survey and consulting organizations to participate in the sponsorship support of the conference.

Sponsor can be any Russian or foreign individual or corporate organization, who supports goals and objectives of the conference and contributes to its organization and implementation. Contribution can be of financial, technical or (if agreed) other character according to the terms of contract.

Sponsorship creates a unique opportunity for effective solution of companys marketing objectives, while combination of wide PR opportunities and proactive advertising campaign in printed and electronic media of informational partners of the conference can significantly advance the effect on the target audience.

Sponsorship contracts can be concluded before October 10, 2006.

According to the contribution made, sponsors will be entitled to the following statuses:

  1. General Sponsor of the conference sponsor, who contributed USD 5,000 (hereafter in Rub according to the exchange rate of Central Bank of the Russian Federation at the moment of contribution);
  2. Official Sponsor of the conference sponsor, who contributed USD 3,000;
  3. Sponsor of the conference sponsor, who contributed USD 2,000.

According to the status, sponsor is offered the following service packages:

General Sponsor:

  • Participation of three representatives as VIP-guests in the conference.
  • Address of the General Sponsors representative at the plenary panel (5-7 minutes).
  • Placement of logo in the breaks between presentations.
  • Placement of advertising billboard and poster of the General Sponsor in the conference-room.
  • Including in the informational mailings with status line: General Sponsor of the conference.
  • Including advertising materials of the General Sponsor into participants packages.
  • Placement of the General Sponsors logo in all official printed material of the conference, included into the participants package, with status line: General Sponsor of the conference.
  • Placement of the General Sponsors banner and personal page at the official website of the conference for the period of organization and implementation with status line: General Sponsor of the conference.

Official Sponsor:

  • Participation of two representatives as VIP-guests in the conference.
  • Address of the Official Sponsors representative at the plenary panel (3-5 minutes).
  • Placement of logo in the breaks between presentations.
  • Placement of flag (banner) of the Official Sponsor in the conference-room.
  • Including in the informational mailings with status line: Official Sponsor of the conference.
  • Placement of the Official Sponsors logo in all official printed material of the conference, included into the participants package, with status line: Official Sponsor of the conference.
  • Placement of the Official Sponsors banner at the official website of the conference for the period of organization and implementation with status line: Official Sponsor of the conference.

Sponsor:

  • Participation of one representative as VIP-guest in the conference.
  • Gratitude note from the chairman of plenary panel and demonstration of the Sponsors logo and advertising screen (2 slides) during plenary panel;
  • Address of the Sponsors representative (up to 10 minutes). Including text of the address into presentations compilation of the conference (up to 5,000 symbols including spaces).
  • Placement of the Sponsors information and advertising materials in the conferences activities.
  • Including the Sponsors information into participants package (up to 3,000 symbols), and including in the informational mailings with status line: Sponsor of the conference.
  • Placement of the Sponsors banner at the official website of the conference for the period of organization and implementation with status line: Sponsor of the conference.
